Awakening the Dancer

 

Movement Medicine in Oxford at Rose Hill Community Centre on the 1st and 3rd and 4th Sunday a month 10.30-12.00.  A place for us to explore the medicine of movement; to be as we are, supported and uplifted by incredible music from around the world. An invitation into your somatic, emotional intelligence, exploring embodiment, expression and connection.  Co-creating each class with your participation, discovering what can be included, released and transformed through moving the body in community.  Everybody is welcome.
