​A warm invitation to move, breathe and resonate in creative community.  A 2hr session giving us space to shake loose and drop into the presence of midwinter, on this sacred day.  Time to connect with ourselves, each other, the earth and sky, and dream into the darklight – before Christmas joys and duties.
